Smooth easy transaction!

Worst pet medication store ever, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Ordered Apoquel on 12/13...over one month ago, for my dog who NEEDED it. This company continually blamed the postal service although my order was still in their city and state 22 days later - now they claim its delivered and I don't have it. They have not answered any of my emails since 12/27. Sadly, THEY DO NOT CARE about our pets! I highly recommend Chewy.com and will use them from now on for all my pet care food and medication. I only tried Entirely Pets due to a coupon, but never, EVER again. Also, they very rarely respond to emails. If you love your pet, shop elsewhere and spare yourself this terrible experience!

Do not buy anything, they will take your money, never ship the product, and never respond to you. Customer service is terrible.

Ordered from their website January 2021. Five days later sent them an email asking when it would ship. They said it was on backorder and they didn't know when it would ship. Website shows in stock. Took my money and was never going to notify me. Sending complaint to BBB. AVOID!!!

10/10 should have ordered from y'all in the first place! It actually got here when it said it was supposed to, and the prices were affordable. I will be using y'all from now on. My pet was in dire need of this medicated shampoo that no one had, so we are very thankful!!!

Order placed and never went out. Charged Paypal immediately even though the items were out of stock. I called twice to be told they would be shipped by certain date but they were not. I called AGAIN to find out items still out of stock about a month later. I asked to please cancel order and REFUND me. They said they would; but never refunded. I had to file complaint with Paypal and am still waiting on refund. Do not order from them as they won't even refund you when their items are out of stock.

This Company did NOT want to pay my return order back. Dont buy here please
