HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not professional. Customer service was rude and hung up on me. Purchased a time-sensitive medication that was apparently "back-ordered" with no notification... still has yet to arrive. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was charged for products that I did not receive. I called customer service. The woman was not just rude, but hateful and told that I would have to send my bank statement. I hung up, called back, and spoke with Shaun. He was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and send me the information that I needed. However, going forward I will only use PayPal.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others. Just a scam. They had a product for sale that was difficult to get from others. I've ordered online enough. I should've known but I've been pleasantly surprised before. Not this time. I only lost $15. Don't give them more of your money!

Absolute worst! They lost my payment info & kept sending emails that I hadn't paid for my order. I called & gave payment over the phone. Still didn't receive my order a month later. I ordered pet toys, shampoo, and prescriptions. Everything was on backorder. I only received 2 items of the 10 things ordered and they were late. They didn't fill my pet's prescription for the last 2 refills. They truly suck.

THE WORST!!! They never shipped my dog's heart medicine ( after my vet approved it, twice) So I finally canceled and ordered elsewhere. And when I say cancel I mean, wrote two emails, get put on the call back list twice and did the virtual conversation thing. NEVER CANCELLED!! Two months later and they are still charging me!!!!! Every time they charge me I try reaching out to them again but no luck. I keep calling my bank and disputing it but now my bank wants me to cancel my card which I've had forever and have linked to everything. Very annoying. I hate this company.

When I made my order I informed them that my vet does not have Fax and they would have to call her. A couple days later I received a call from one of their representatives letting me know that my Vet had not responded to the multiple Fax they sent asking for verification of the Rx. I told him the Vet does not have fax and that he had to call and I had clearly stated that on my order. He said he would call her the next day. It has been 8 days since I originally placed my order and I've had several more emails from them letting me know that my Vet had not responded to their Fax and that they have tried to call. My Vet has let me know that they have not tried to call her. She sent me a copy of a written Rx on her letterhead that I emailed to them and they said it was not secure enough and they could not accept it. I finally had her call them and she left a message but no one has called her back. I made the order on 4/8 and it is now 4/23. My order is still listed as Pending. The charge on my credit card is also still pending so we'll see if they refund or take my money for a product I don't receive. UPDATE: Coincidence? Within hours of this review, I received a "backorder notification" for my order, apparently indicating that my order had been approved, but no other communication. While I appreciate that I'll evidently be getting the medication I ordered it really shouldn't be this hard so my 1 star review remains.

I ordered Ocuglo for my dog on 30th October 2020, paid 275 US Dollars and wait for it till today. And today is April 21th 2021! The package got lost between USA and Germany, but EntirelyPets does not care. No service, no refund.

I placed an order on 3/20 and it went on back order without a date when the items would be in stock. I was able to look at another seller site and they the same items I ordered in stock and delivered them to me in3 days. I canceled my order on 3/30 and as of 4/20, I still do not have my refund. I have called and emailed them several times and am not able to get any assistance. If anyone reads these reviews, I would be hesitant about ordering.
