Terrible they hold you hostage. You put in an order and then they don't fill it for weeks or months. If you say you want to cancel to free up your credit account then they say well you have to pay me a 15% cancellation fee. The only thing is they don't even have you items so they are charging you a cancellation fee for something they don't even have. Hope someone or a group of someone's files a law suit against them. Ridiculous. I could understand if they were in the middle of filling your order but their not they don't even have it in stock. Rip offs.

I did a pre-order with entertainment earth in June. It was delayed and finally shipped out on September 17th. They used Pitney Bowes, a notoriously bad company to ship a package with, and the moment it made it to Atlanta all updates ceased. My package has been in limbo since September 28th. I’m 9 hours from Atlanta! This is bull.

I’ve had good experiences up to this point. I’ve tried numerous times to change my address but always had issues. Now one of my items has been shipped to my former address. I understand if it were my fault but I’ve tried to delete it multiple times. Really disappointing.

I have an order that was shipped at the end of August. On September 9th was the last update of its tracking and I’m really concerned it might never arrive to Mexico. I was very happy with the item I ordered but since it hasn’t arrived, no i feel very disappointed with this shop. I thought they were compromised with their clients and their orders.

Hi Sam, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please call Client Services at 818-255-0095 at your earliest convenience to resolve these issues, as this is certainly not how we typically operate. Ordered item in April. Then was told it was out of stock. I’ve waited years for this item to be produced so I figured I’d be patient. After months of saying it will be in stock the next month it finally shipped in September on 12th. Now it’s the 30th and tracking has it still in ATL since the 21st. EE uses a horrible/cheap shipping company. After reading reviews I’m not confident I’ll ever get my order which I was excited for. EE customer service is really poor. They just don’t care. You will get no where with them or their shipping partner. As a long time collector I will never use them again and I strongly discourage others to do the same.

Hi Jake, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience the delays with the carrier and the manufacturer may have caused. Typically packages are delivered within 3 to 9 business days, but due to delays surrounding COVID-19, there may be extended transit time in some areas. If you still have not received your shipment, and would like to reach back out to provide your order number, we would be happy to send a request to our shipping carrier for further details. Client Services can be reached by phone Monday through Friday, from 7am to 6pm PST, at 818-255-0095. Our team of representatives would be more than happy to assist you with your needs. We look forward to speaking with you shortly and resolving the issue. Sam
I order tons of stuff from Entertainment Earth and usually have a pretty good experience. But the last two orders have me wondering what’s going on. Both orders say that they shipped with two items (I order one to open and keep another sealed) , when in fact only one was shipped. Why would you say you shipped two? One of the boxes was so small it couldn’t even have possibly held/fit two of these items. Please don’t ask me to call, I’ve done that and left multiple voicemails with no replies. You can call me ANYTIME we’re both in PST. My order number was # 8333501E003. Thanks- Steve Edit- they completely resolved the issue and were very responsive to my call. I’m still a loyal customer and appreciate them taking care of it.
