After speaking with Jose clearing up some miscommunication issues on both side he took care of us we got everything squared away we had a rocky start but Jose really came on and explained everything and we agreed to work more on our communication

I called in to cancel an order and was greeted by a gentleman named Donald. He did exactly what he was supposed to do but it was after the fact that blew my mind. Me and Donald ended up having a full blown conversation, but not just a random conversation I felt like I was talking to a friend. I never had that when calling a customer service representative. We chatted about toys, movies and stuff from the 80s and 90s. He really seemed to care about what he was doing. Those are the kind of people that need to be recognized and appreciated! Thank you Donald, and don't forget to watch "The toys that made us TMNT".

Donald was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. He resolved the reason for my call, gave me information about new products I would like, expedited my delivery, and gave me a bonus I could use to buy more funko pops; He even asked how I was doing as well as my family which was nice considering what the Nation is going through right now. I will deal him directly for all my future purchases and concerns. I would highly recommend him to everyone, thank you Donald.

I had an interaction with an agent who turned out to be a manager. It was unpleasant and turns out I was misinformed.. Blah blah blah. So I called back because my issue want resolved, and I received Mr Tapia. Mr Tapia took control of the call, resolved my issue, went above and beyond and solidified me spending a lot of money with your company! Before my call, unless it was a much hyped EE Exclusive, I was going to go above and beyond to not buy anything from the company again. Thank you Mr Tapia! Enjoy your raise and promotion. When your superiors go over this with you, if they do not end the conversation with you signing off on a raise.. by all means contact me.

Today I was assisted by Donald Tapia that is truly a hard worker that cares about Entertainment Earths customers. I appreciate all the advise and help Donald gave me today. He definitely took care of my issue with a great positive attitude and showed me a lot of appreciation. Which I appreciate him and the whole staff at Entertainment earth. Every time I call I always get assisted with the best reps on the phone and i appreciate you guys a lot! You guys are all great reps on the phone and I hope entertainment earth recognizes that. Donald your awesome man if you haven’t reached a managers or supervisors position I hope you get promoted very soon! You have a beautiful family by the way and you have an angel looking after your whole family my brotha 🙏🏼

I received 2 Funko Pops in the mail today that I had purchased from Entertainment Earth. I was curious some other items I had ordered. Samantha took my call and was incredibly helpful. Not only did she find my order, but she was able to see that it had been incorrectly canceled. She reordered the items , verified the address and even took note of other collectibles that I am looking for and she did it all with the most amazing smile in her voice. People like Samantha are the reason that I have continued shopping with Entertainment Earth these past 11 years.

Had ordered from Entertainment Earth once before with no issues. Placed an order on December 29th. items were in-stock but did not ship until January 4th. Now here's where it goes downhill. They shipped USPS Parcel Select through PITNEY BOWES. Which apparently still uses horses like the Pony Express. Package shipped the 4th, got to Atlanta on the 13th. Sat in Atlanta over a week. Finally got the package today (Jan 26th) After this, I cancelled a $50 order due to the shipping incompetence. Only other shipping option is Fed-Ex who is notorious for damaged packages. Would not recommend this site. Saving a few dollars isn't worth waiting a Month for what was supposed to be a late Xmas gift. Now it'll be a Valentine's Day gift instead.

I had a mix up with shipping on a couple orders and when I called i talked to Donald, he fixed the problem and and was very professional, customer service everywhere could learn something from him!! Excellent experience and I'll be placing more orders with you because of him and the way he conducted himself during our phone conversation!
