Always at your service!
The products were highly priced hence labeling them as top of the notch rare products, which in my 30 years experience is misleading and false, these are ordinary products which doesn’t qualify to be offered for such extreme prices, you can spend one tenth of the price on a better product and larger quantity as I do with merchants from India, Thailand and the gulf region

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While oud and perfume are certainly a subjective experience and everyone perceives fragrances in different capacities. It's worth noting that oud grows in many different regions, and each profile varies accordingly. If you happen to enjoy oud from India and Thailand that's wonderful because they have huge plantations of agarwood and can produce a larger quantity of generic oud oil. However, single origin oud oils as we provide in our wild category from vintage collections, and agarwood relics from regions long depleted of agarwood, are far more valuable than plantation agarwood available in the general markets. Thanks again,
Customer experience used to feel more bespoke. It is hard to comprehend the range without that. Bring heart. Bring head.

Thanks so much for sharing! As a small artisanal house, we all wear multiple hats. From flying to the distilleries for oud production, to creating compositions, to designing and putting together each bottle by hand, and catering to each customer's request for bespoke perfumes, sadly the days of writing each tracking email individually are gone, however we're more than happy to respond personally to each question, thought, or comment you may have, and you're welcome to reach us directly on either of our WhatsApp numbers on the website, or my direct email! ~Ever at your service!
Incredible service. Truly the greatest niche house at the moment.

Amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Royal Kynam! Extremely potent, shapeshifting and stimulating oil! Touch the soul and built a one of a kind connection. The energy and cognitive enhancement is HUGE with Royal Kynam like no other! I did not have a clue how focused the focus and creativity would be. Royal Kynam has bloomed as my olfactory senses have learned the language of its deep and layered faces. A dream come true this oil. Just the thought of how it would be now had I not discovered this oil is a thrill!
