We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to lose visibility into your system production and monitoring. We also understand your disappointment regarding the product experience and warranty expectations. Enphase honours product coverage according to the terms of the Enphase Limited Warranty. Enphase microinverters are covered by a 25-year limited warranty, while the Gateway device carries a 5-year limited warranty from the date of activation. As the Gateway is currently outside its applicable warranty coverage, replacement is not eligible under warranty. You can review the warranty details here: https://enphase.com/warranty/us Based on the troubleshooting performed by both your installer and Enphase Support, replacement of the Gateway is required to restore monitoring functionality.
