Ordered the S3XY Knob + Commander for my Model 3 (2021-2024). The product works well and installation was straightforward. I had an issue with the display turning green after some time, but I contacted support and they arranged an express courier pickup right away. The unit was repaired within a few days and sent back to me via express shipping. Excellent, fast customer service. Would recommend.

I have ordered the stalks and the Commander. Both shipped in time, well packaged. From the first connection, the Commander had problems, which I reported to Enhance, who sent me a return shipping label. The solution was that they sent me a new one that works perfectly. Their products may not be perfect from the start, but I want to highlight their customer service. They really strive to provide good service. Congratulations! PS: I live in Chile¡¡¡

Fantastisk service! Jeg bestilte nogle varer, som jeg ville sende retur og valgte at bruge deres returservice, da det var væsentligt billigere, end hvis jeg selv skulle arrangere det. Da jeg fortrød igen, skrev jeg til dem, at jeg ikke returnerede produkterne alligevel, bare til info. Så sendte ENHAUTO mig pengene retur for den labes de havde lavet til mig og sendte endda en voucher på 20% oveni, til næste potientielle handel. Jeg kan kun anbefale dem på det varmeste!

I have ordered the stalks first and later on the knob. Both shipped in time, well packaged. Definitely the biggest strength of Enhauto is the software (perfect fit for Tesla). Lot of updates with bug fixes and loads of new features. Build quality of the devices is average. They're fine, do the job but i wouldn't call it premium. Knob - works well, haptics are cheap, buttons ok, but don't feel premium, knob needs substantial clicks in next revision, currently there's a tendency to over-rotate the page or setting. Stalks - work fine, feel good. Again..buttons feel cheap, after some usage the stalk starts to feel looser. Depending on the frequency of usage, the stalk will break sooner or later as there's a weak spot at the base (unless there's HW revision). Support is great, they replied in timely manner and solved my problem effectively. Replaced my broken stalk. So generally great company, just need some improvement in mechanical engineering and parts quality even if it would mean a higher price.

I bought a Tesla and the knob was on board, the dial didn't work properly; it was all green and clearly defective. I wrote to support, specifying that I hadn't bought the knob but that it was already on the car, but it was faulty. Obviously, they asked for the purchase invoice, which unfortunately I don't have and haven't been able to get, and they refused to repair it under warranty. I hadn't asked for a repair under warranty, but also for a fee, and possibly for shipping just the display. I'm an electrical engineer and can repair it. They wanted the invoice, but it was no use. So I put them on the spot, asking to check the serial number to see if the product was still under warranty. After an initial refusal and some hesitation, they repaired the knob under warranty. They also paid for the shipping there and back, so I can only speak highly of this company. I would have paid for the repair, but in the end it was covered by the warranty. Very good.

The delivery was slow, but this was stated at the time the order was placed. More importantly I’m so far really happy with the functionality of the S3XY Dash, and Knob. The dash has a bit of a way to go, but is a nice add on. The knob should be standard on the car- simple tasks like opening the passenger door, the boot and turning on the aircon in the back are now just one touch away. Love it!
