enhauto.comReviews of enhauto.com

Very poor bought a strip light that only works when you wiggle the wire ..could actually cause a fire that wouldn't be insured.. customers service is really rubbish told me to take a video and then shut the case waste of money

Der Commander funktioniert nicht mehr da es einen Commander 2 gibt daher hoch unseriös. Wer weiß denn ob es nicht auch bald einen Commander 3 geben wird... Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

Wish I checked these reviews 1st. TERRIBLE after sale support. Ordered a Knob only since I have a commander. Turned out the commander is an older version. I found out on my own after few days of broken communication with their support. Then I asked to upgrade my commander and pay the difference as I would have ordered it in my combo order, that also included another product " LED strip. Declined to adjust the price, asked to pay full price on the commander. Asked to return, they kick the can from one person to the other, no return instructions, broken communication. Last communication said it would cost 20$, then said which "option" would you "like ". Terrible treatment for a returning customer. Never again. Stay away

Take your money but won’t follow up unless you do. Purchased a few things from their recent “spring promotion”. Was due to arrive in 10 days from time order was placed. 8 days go by and no update so decided to message them. The response was they have run out of stock and don’t know when it will be ready but they will reach out. Yeah, great way to do business. Asked for a refund. After reading all the other reviews it isn’t worth the hassle.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with my experience. I contacted Enhauto just a few days after a sale had ended, fully prepared to place an order immediately. Despite this, they refused to offer any flexibility whatsoever. From a business perspective, I find this hard to understand. This would have been a guaranteed sale, just slightly delayed. Instead, the rigid policy effectively pushes potential customers like me towards the second-hand market, which ultimately benefits neither the company nor the customer. I understand the need for consistency, but a complete lack of flexibility, especially in such a borderline case, leaves a poor impression. So good the products may be, this experience makes me hesitant to purchase from them in the future.

I ordered an S3XY Dash from Enhance Automotive which arrived with a cracked screen protector, and the power cable jammed and damaged during a completely normal installation following their own instructions. Rather than treating this as a straightforward case of faulty goods, support repeatedly tried to push the cost back onto me – first telling me I’d need to pay for a new screen protector and cable plus separate shipping charges, including to return the faulty unit. Their position then changed multiple times. In one email they suggested I pay around €20 for the screen protector, €10 for the cable and €20 shipping on each, totalling roughly €70 just to fix a damaged screen protector and basic cable. In a later message they floated the idea of refunding return shipping only after inspection, and then in another email they claimed their “solution remains as it is” while actually proposing a different combination of part costs and shipping each time. At no point did they offer a clear, no‑cost repair/replacement or a full refund with all reasonable return costs covered, as required for faulty goods under UK law. When I pointed out that this isn’t a matter of opinion but a breach of UK consumer law (goods not conforming at delivery, remedies needing to be provided without charge, trader responsible for reasonable return costs), they simply framed it as a “disagreement” and doubled down. The final email effectively gave me a short deadline to accept their unlawful offer “until the 14th of April” and stated that if I wasn’t satisfied, they “cannot help any further” – despite never offering a lawful remedy in the first place. They also tried to argue that factory processes and packaging meant the damage “could not” have happened, and that they’d had no similar reports, as if that removes their responsibility once the product reaches the customer in a defective state. It doesn’t. All they had to do to resolve this properly was send a prepaid return label and either replace the faulty parts or refund the order in full, including reasonable return costs. Instead, they chose to change their story, ignore clear legal obligations and put a time‑limited ultimatum on an offer that shouldn’t have been made in the first place. What an absolute disgrace of customer service.

Total joke, item sent with a cable missing, tried to contact them several times, every time ignored, avoid at all costs, now looking to take legal action
