Thanks for the 5-stars Lisa! One of the benefits of having an in-house team of practitioners is, they truly care about our patients. We will be sure to pass on this information to our Medical Operations Manager. Keep up with regular check-ins and let us know about your progress!

Hi Maria, we are glad that you are overall satisfied with our services. We take our patient care very seriously and would love to know more about your experience with our practitioner. If you can please reach us at [email protected] to tell us more, we can provide feedback to the manager of medical operations so we can coach our practitioners effectively.
I just started with Enhance.MD and the intake process was easy and efficient. Everyone I worked with seemed so friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed truly interested in me, my health and struggles with weight management.

Excellent to hear! Our in-house staff of practitioners love guiding our patients on the next step of their journey with our medications and pride themselves on thorough answers to your questions. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to our team. Thanks Jill. :)
I like that I can get assistance from a real person. It's slow sometimes. The doseage does not contain enough of the original drug. Having used the original " lilly" product i know how this product is weak, hoping for improvement in next dose.

Hey Susan, thanks for letting us know about your experience. We pride ourselves on our direct customer service and practitioner care. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the quality and amount of the medication shipped to you. When we receive feedback like this we can pass it on to the pharmacy to provide a resolution as soon as possible. We will always work to improve the patient experience with those that communicate with us.
So I got my shipment and when I opened it up, it was not cold at all! I called the pharmacy and was tild that as lingbas it wasn't hit, it would work, well its not. In fact after losing 4 lbs I've gained all that back and I have not done anything differently. I've tried to call but have just gotten transferred around. I paid a lot of money for this!

Hi Jody, thanks for reaching us. I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the first part of your review. But if there is ever a concern with the effectiveness of your mediation, you can reach our patient care team at 1-888-299-5088 rather than calling the pharmacy directly. We strive for a first contact resolution to your concern as well as affirming if your medication is both safe and effective to use based on your shipment. Our team will always work with you until you are satisfied with the result. Our customer service team will reach out as soon as possible.
They respond quickly when I contact them regarding my order & facilitate rapid delivery
