I have been very comfortable and pleased with the electronic document processes available during this time. The purchase and finance procedures were well executed. Recently, I had to change my banking information for direct ACH payment; this was executed quickly and efficiently. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed. Paid off our commercial vehicle this morning. 3% charge on outstanding balance and $250.00 pre payment penalty. $1,000.00 in additional fees for being a great customer. Thanks, but we wont be using you again.
