the engraving was great and looked exactly like what I requested, similar to 2 years ago. Only issue was with bottle itself which had some marks/scratches that is clearly visible to naked eyes which was embarrassing when the gift was presented; and receiver pointing them out (twice!)

Although you have to pay extra for a preview of your item engrave, my wine, got back to us in less than 24 hours with the preview. It also was expeditiously shipped and arrived in less than a week from when the order was placed.
