The customer service has really exceeded my expectations and is far better than what I was getting before with my last provider. The website Engage designed for my company is better than I ever expected. Highly recommend Engage for all your website needs.

I get 3 to 5 form submissions from this company every month. They are relentless and won't stop. I have tried calling, email, etc and nothing. They just keep submitting forms every month. I just received an email from Engage support who is now really excited to talk to me. He explained that they have an employee in the Philippines who submits 500 forms per shift. This sure does sound like spam to me and he validated what I already knew.

My customer engagement has increased significantly over the year I have been with engage! I was impatient at first but I’m glad I gave them time to let the process work and I would highly recommend!

This company is really shady. I get form submissions to a few times a month from them. The user leaves a phone number/email and talks about my performance but includes a website url that she “analyzed” to a website that is not mine. I’m pretty sure she is a bot since the forms come in at 3am most days. I have tried calling and emailing them to get removed and no one answers the phone or returns my calls/emails. Stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed. This company emails our clients 1,000's of times per month. Our clients have asked them to stop and so have we and they do not reply to emails or phone calls. Total SCAM.

Hello Kevin, we are open to feedback but I do not see you in our database. I also did some research and noticed you work for a competitor - Web.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevinjwells/ This is a conflict of intererest.
Brian was very responsive with questions and problems. I do not have a great deal of time to devote to my website and needed to make some changes. He kept me on task and was prompt with his responses.
