About Enerflo

Enerflo is the Operating System (OS) for Residential Solar — the infrastructure layer that connects the tools, apps, financiers, CRMs, and project data that solar companies already use into one connected flow from first knock to Permission to Operate (PTO). Rather than forcing residential solar installers, EPCs, sales organizations, and vertically integrated solar companies to replace their existing software stack, Enerflo connects it (and in some cases, can absolutely replace it). Most solar companies operate across disconnected systems for CRM, proposal generation, solar design, financing, contracting, project management, installation tracking, customer communications, and reporting. As businesses grow, those disconnected handoffs create delays, data errors, change orders, cancellations, compliance issues, and lost revenue. Enerflo solves that infrastructure problem by creating a single source of truth across the entire residential solar project lifecycle. When a sales rep builds a proposal, design data is already connected. Financing options are verified. Contracts are automatically populated. Title checks are completed. Project data flows directly into operations, helping teams submit cleaner deals, reduce downstream change orders, shorten install timelines, and improve visibility from sale through installation and PTO.Enerflo combines solar sales software, proposal software, solar financing integrations, native solar financing, project management tools, install tracking, customer portals, reporting, analytics, business intelligence and workflow automation into one operating system purpose-built for residential solar. The platform supports solar sales dealers and organizations, installers, EPCs, financiers, vertically integrated and and hybrid solar companies that need greater operational visibility and scalability without adding more software complexity.Today, more than $15 billion and counting in solar transactions have flowed through Enerflo. The platform suppo

Complex & steep learning curve

I have been using the Enerflo solar project management platform for a while now, and I must say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The platform is overly complicated and not user-friendly at all. Here are some of the major issues I encountered: Complex Navigation: The interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Simple tasks such as finding specific project details or accessing certain functionalities require multiple steps and excessive clicking through various menus. This is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Steep Learning Curve: The amount of training required to get new team members up to speed is ridiculous. Unlike other platforms that are more intuitive and user-friendly, Enerflo demands a significant investment of time to understand even the basic features. This steep learning curve hinders productivity and makes onboarding new employees a daunting task. Inefficient Workflow: The workflow processes within Enerflo are not streamlined. For example, the steps involved in creating and managing projects are not logically organized, leading to frequent back-and-forth and rework. This inefficiency slows down the entire project management process and increases the likelihood of errors. Lack of Customization: The platform offers very limited customization options. This lack of adaptability forces us to work around the system's limitations, rather than having a tool that supports our workflow.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Ray—and my sincere apologies that it's taken us more than two years to respond. While I haven't been able to locate your account in our records to better understand the specifics of your experience, I want to acknowledge the concerns you raised. Feedback like yours is valuable, and the challenges you described around platform complexity, onboarding, workflow efficiency, and customization are areas we have invested heavily in improving. A great deal has changed at Enerflo since your review was posted. Over the past two years, we've made significant improvements to the platform's user experience and interface, streamlined many workflows, expanded customization capabilities, and built a dedicated support organization focused on helping our partners succeed. We've also continued to refine onboarding, training resources, and product design to make the platform more intuitive and easier to adopt. That doesn't change the experience you had, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. Reviews like yours help shape our roadmap and push us to build a better product. While we know there's always more work to do, we're proud of the progress we've made and remain committed to continuously improving the experience for our partners. Thank you again for your candid feedback and for helping us become better.
