Hi Thorin, We are so happy to hear that your experiences have been wonderful! As far as the taste of our oil goes - we want to keep our products fully organic and as close to the nature as possible, therefore, we do not use any taste altering substances or chemicals. If you find it difficult getting used to the taste of the oil, we kindly suggest you try mixing it with honey or peppermint oil in order to mask the earthy/hempy taste! :) Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! In so far as the shipping costs, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that currently as it is automatically calculated by our logistics department. We can only hope that it will go down in the future. I kindly suggest you subscribe to our newsletter in order to stay up to date with any promotions/discounts we may be offering to knock some of that price off. You can do so by going to our website www.endoca.com and scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Additionally, we do offer free shipping for all orders above £100, so if you are able to order in larger quantities that might be something to consider. Hi Allan, So great to know you were so happy with the timeframe you received your products in. When it comes to delivery, we understand how important it is to get your products in good time. We know our customers prefer to receive their products in good time, and in good shape, which is why we pay a premium for these services. In the past we have tried to provide cheaper shipping options, however in the end we had many more orders being lost, stolen, or that never arrived at their destination, which was obviously very frustrating for our customers. So we made the decision to change our delivery providers so that we could have more confidence in the delivery of our orders, and so that our customers received their products the first time around. We do offer free shipping when ordering over £/€100 of Endoca products, so perhaps you could make a bulk order, or ask your friends and family if they'd like to order with you so that you reach the £/€100 limit for free shipping!
