The post was ok that is whyI’m giving 4stars ,but I’m a little disappointed made a mistake I meant to order grey but I ordered black and brown instead,so that is why I’m disappointed thanks

The good: the product arrived as ordered and the continual package tracking notices were VERY helpful, providing confidence the package was coming and where it was in it's journey. More Good: I got an email for the order that makes it easy to reach customer service. Smartly conceived The bad: the product arrived without instructions. It is a tool that requires proper use and can be dangerous, so clear instructions are necessary. I wrote and asked to receive instructions via email or a link. I got a quick response (good) but there were no meaningful instructions (bad). I have responded an am awaiting an answer. Edit. After 3 days I received written instructions via email. I'm raising to 4 stars from 3 accounting for bonus points for attentive customer support follow through.

The item is very well made and does the job very well of keeping hair out of eyes and makes hair look good. Came very quickly only down side was I thought I was getting 2 not just the one

These are much more beautiful in person!! Just gorgeous and super sparkly!
