I'm deuteranomalous -- EnChroma's online test verifies that, giving me a blue/green/red score of 100/0/87. Over the years I've bought two pairs of corrective glasses which, when I took the test, gave me scores of 100/100/100. But they weren't dark enough to serve as sunglasses, so I ordered a darker pair last month from EnChroma. The price was rather high, I thought, but hey. They arrived, and the quality seems good. I wore them yesterday in New Mexico sun and find they serve well as sunglasses, yet I was a little disappointed in the degree of correction. I wore them while taking the EnChroma test and got 100/87/100. That's good, "normal," and I suppose a case can be made against overcorrection for green. And EnChroma's service was prompt and fair. Still...

Belle, the customer support agent, was extremely helpful in finding the right glasses for me and in arranging an exchange. It's great to address a real person instead of an automated response.

I've been using these glasses for over a year and can report a flaw in my opinion. The lenses used do increase red and green visibility but at the expense of orange. In the UK and Europe vehicle indicator lights are orange and if it's the newer LED versions they are not visible, and can lead to confusion. Personally I will not use these glasses when driving as I feel my vision is too compromised to be safe. I have reached out to EnChroma with my thoughts but have received no response from them.

Excellent finish to glasses, prescription is precise, we love it! Completely changed my husband and appreciation for color with his new glasses!

I actually bought these for my 38 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them and is so happy to be able to see different colors.
