I returned the lamp I purchased through UPS months ago. Emptoo has not refunded the 599.99 into my account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR LITERALLY 4 MONTHS. EACH TIME EMPTOO STATES THEY WILL REFUND MY CARD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I purchased a lamp for over 100USD. It arrived on time however it didn’t work. I reported it and they offered me various unreasonable solutions. 20USD refund, 30USD refund. Eventually they agreed to send a new one. A week later wrote to me to say 10USD shipping was due. To save argument I paid it. But they charged 20USD to my card. New lamp arrived. Worked for a few weeks then stopped. Reported it again. Was offered a 20USD refund. Waste of time, poor customer service. I would suggest avoiding this company. Shame as the lamps are quiet nice, if only they worked.
