I've been able to find talented people through Employy and I've already added several to my team. Employy is hands on in making sure that I'm finding good candidates AND they check in periodically to see how the talent is working out. The only thing I think you need to be prepared for is working around bandwidth issues for video calls, as internet connections can be slower in places like Nigeria. But for getting work done, I have been thoroughly impressed and I'm very happy with our results, so far!
