This is a very misleading offer of a product that is advertised as a lighter that did not need any refillable fuel as it worked off a Tesla coil technology. Hot enough to cut through a tin can. It turns out to be a fancy butane fill lighter that you could find and purchase for less than half of there sale price. No new tech, still needs refilling, adjustable flame that goes from 1/8" to 3/4" with a heat factor like any other adjustable butane lighter. I will say the company first offered 50% off price, but Ironically, PayPal instantly refunded my money as soon as I opened the dispute. They must have had so many disputes about this that it doesn't even wait for seller response.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment regarding the product and how it was advertised. We recognize how important it is for product descriptions and advertising to accurately reflect what customers receive, and we take concerns about misleading expectations seriously. We understand that our initial offer of a 50% refund did not fully address your concerns. We also acknowledge that your refund was ultimately processed through PayPal, and we’re pleased that the matter was resolved financially. Your feedback regarding the product description, advertised technology, performance expectations, and pricing is important to us and has been taken seriously. We are committed to reviewing concerns like yours and working to ensure that customers receive clear and accurate information when making a purchase. We regret the frustration and inconvenience this experience caused and appreciate the opportunity to learn from your feedback.

Torch Lighter was a a piece of junk. I was going to send it back and they offered me 50% back to my credit card and I thought that was better than the hassle. I did expect it to work when I put the butane in… But it failed. I would not buy it again..

We are sorry to hear that the torch lighter did not perform as expected, Glenn. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not function properly, especially after you made the effort to set it up and use it. We appreciate that you worked with our support team and accepted the partial refund that was offered as a resolution. However, we are concerned to learn that the unit was not working after being filled with butane. If the torch is defective or not operating correctly, we would be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement unit if you would like one. We encourage you to contact our support team at 1-888-698-8842 so we can further troubleshoot the problem and discuss the available options. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we remain committed to helping resolve product-related concerns whenever possible. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and the support experience we provide.
