Hi. I am very sorry for any inconvenience you have faced. For many of our emblems, we require customers to claim emblems in a ticket with us so in the rare chance a code does not work, we can quickly provide a replacement. Some emblems are also non-code emblems and for these we may require account access to claim the emblem. In both of these cases, we clearly state the requirements on the site before you can purchase an emblem. Hi. We clearly stated that the delivery timeframe is 24 hours. In your case the emblem was delivered within that timeframe. Our partners operate in different time zones so we have a 24 hour delivery time to account for this.
