I'm writing this review to voice my opinion on how easy it was to deal with massage chair.com. I was very hesitant about purchasing a massage chair because of past experiences with other companies. I called and spoke with both Matt and James many times regarding my expectations and concerns. They were extremely helpful and well educated. I was able to narrow down the massage chairs that would best fit my needs physically as well as financially. I would most certainly recommend contacting this company before purchasing your chair.

I received excellent customer sales service through the live chat. They were very helpful and took care of processing my order for me. I would use them again. Hopefully the product will be equally as great.
