If the post purchase, delivery, White Glove Delivery, and product performance match the order and pre-order processes, this purchase will be a grand slam. I made several contacts with emmessagechair via the web chat function (in pre-order stage). The Chat CSR was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, fast, and empowered to authorize the my price promise request (via Chat!!). So far, so good! Can't wait to receive and use the Osaki message chair

( Rhonda was great and very helpful) I was hesitant to buy online due to delivery and set up, but Emassagechair and their delivery partners were spot on with delivery time and the chair arrived in excellent condition.
