We apologize that our price increase had a negative impact, but we truly believe the value that we have added is in line with the pricing structure. We added several enhancements, the most notable being our new product Campaign Precheck, which saves email marketers a lot of time in their email QA process. If you have any feedback, we always want to hear it and you can reach out to [email protected].

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We don’t yet have a time line, but we see security as one of our main priorities this year and hope to have additional security features in place soon. When we launch new key features, we will update all of our users via pop-up on our site.
