I bought this because one of my cats sprays when he urinates and I had to put plastic on the walls around his litter box and charcoal pads underneath. Somehow urine still gets out. Not nearly as much but where would it be coming from? Also the rake always dumps to one side of the collection box. Other than that I love it. The litter after scraped stays to the back of the unit so I scoop it forward

The litter boxes are amazing. My cats are very comfortable in them And got used to them right away. The only thing is that they are not as quiet as I would like them to be. They are a bit loud but as long as they’re in another room, I can barely hear them.

This automatic pooper scooper is life changing! Two of my three cats have a love affair with this machine. The third one...not so much as she is a very picky cat who has had to endure lots of change lately. The two who love the scooper are new adoptees and have brought stress to my older kitty. BUT...I have worked out a solution so that the two have their special space and the older kitty has her own space with a traditional box and this makes her happy. Elspet...keep up the innovations...One suggestion is provide instructions on how to easily provide periodic maintenance.

Love the auto kitty box I got from Elspet. The only one thing I hate about it is the rubber cork things you put on both sides on the inside of the box. They come out all the ti.e due to the cats trying to cover their poop up. One more thing.... They need better instructions on How to put together. So I guess 2 things need improving on... P.S. if you would like my info on how do this just send me.an email to find out what I'm doing to.stop that from being pulled out everytime the cats use the box. 1. Would like to know how to get a replacement scratch guard. As too the cats claws has it torn up

Ordered this for my 12 lb. boy who was used to a regular open box. Had an old model Litter Robot that was difficult to maintain with the waste receptacle. The Elspet system is much more efficient and convenient with its waste receptacle in the back. My cat was used to an open box so I was worried he might not take to the closed style and the lights. He was hesitant for the first few days but has successfully transitioned to the new box. I love the tracking that the app provides including the monitor indicating litter amount and when more is needed. I did have difficulty pairing it with our internet provider as the box required a 2.5 bandwidth instead of the 5.0 that our system is locked on. A call to customer service suggested that I call my provider and request they disable the 5.0 width temporarily so I could then pair it to the Elspet. That worked perfectly and it remains connected even after the bandwidth automatically reverted to 5.0 after an hour. This has been a great help in keeping our dog out of the cats litter with the closed box and the raking and removal of the waste into the back receptacle. All around a good product that I was able to purchase with a discount that made it possible. Thank you for that!

I really wanted to try a scoopless litter box but I didn't want to spend the crazy amount of money to purchase a Litter Robot, so I decided to try the Els Pet model. So far, it has been working pretty well. I do agree that the clumped litter bin could be larger, especially if you have more than one cat but that isn't a deal breaker for me. I was a little disappointed because the unit went on a better sale about 2 weeks after I purchased it, a total of $65 less expensive. I wrote to Els Pet to see if I could get a refund of the excess funds, but I didn't hear back for a while so I'm still trying to make that happen. Overall, I hope that it continues to work for the needs of me and my 2 cats.

It's nice and useful equipment. It's very convenient that I don't have to keep scooping everyday. It wasn't easy to started as the instructions wasntbtoo clear, but customer service was helpful.

Easy set-up, easy to maintain and cats love it. The only snag I have is aligning the step in place to snap in place.
