It worked great for the first 30-45 days then broke. The FAQs on their page did not sold the problem of the rake being stuck in the up position and they just respond with the same reply as their website and nothing worked and Customer service hasn’t been helpful at all takes days to respond if they even respond or never answer the call center. Do not recommend getting this and now I’m stuck with a broken litter box that we have to scoop daily. Should have bought a different brand.

Not worth the money. Does not scoop properly. I have to scrap the sides and bottom and reset manually to scoop. Never was able to get it to connect to wifi and customer service was, well never got back to me. Better off paying more to get the litter robot or Loos loo too.

This litter box was amazing in the beginning but now I’ve had it a little over a month and it’s malfunctioning. Customer service is almost impossible to get in touch with. I’ve loved having this and my cat took right to it but now I’m worried it wasn’t worth the money.

the sweep makes a lot of noise I am not happy about it beside it keep the smell bad also too not good.

When I ordered the self cleaning liter box I used shop pay, which had my home address wrong. No fault of elspet. But I noticed it as soon as the order was placed. I immediately changed the address in shop but it didn't change it on the order. I immediately emailed elspet and 2 days later they responded and told me to call fedex. Well only the shipper can change the destination address, so I then called customer service which informed me it was taken care of which it was not. So now i have to buy a temporary liter box for my new cat which is a big hassle. Now I'm not sure when and if I will get my order.

I ordered two litter boxes that were lost in shipping. After some back and forth they refunded the order which was very helpful. I ordered again off Amazon and the litter box worked great except the foam pieces coming out of the side, which made the litter go everywhere on the floor, but then three days later the door stopped closing and it was still trying to clean. So not only did it not clean but it could have injured my cat. I will be returning this box to Amazon where I ordered it. I gave them two stars just because they did make it right originally and refunded the two orders in full.
