The private one on one (and sometimes two or three!) fitting appointments are wonderful. The team at Ellie Belle make you feel like the only one in the room, because you are! Their attention to detail, and making you feel perfectly prepared for your event is impeccable.

Above and beyond customer service experience working with Abby and Rania at Ellie Belle. My fiancé and I decided to elope prior to having a larger wedding next spring, and within a week and a half Ellie Belle pulled through with alterations— turning a full length wedding dress into a short dress that fulfilled my exact vision for this elopement ceremony. Abby also caught me as I almost fainted in the dress when trying it on. (Do not lock your knees, and be sure to eat breakfast when trying on dresses!!) They were patient, supportive and incredibly caring as I re-gained my strength. The team went above and beyond and I will be back to purchase my wedding dress for the main event next year soon!
