Absolutely horrible Customer service when trying to make a return

I ordered a rather expensive dress from this company, costing over $200. When it arrived, it was obviously of poor quality, the wrong colour and material and very cheaply finished. The company website states that goods can be returned hassle free. However, when I contacted the company to obtain their return details, they did their best to try to persuade me not to return the item, even offering me a discount on other goods. I refused and proceeded with the return. The parcel never made it to them, despite it being tracked. It only got as far as customs in China and then went missing. They are not helping at all, just advising me to dispute with postal service. I was warned by Auspost employee that this happens regularly. So now, I have paid over $200 for the dress and another $30 for postage. DO NOT waste your money on them!

I purchased a kids' smartwatch from Elesse & Co, but the watch did not recognise the SIM card. When I contacted the company, I was informed that the device only works with a 2G SIM card. However, this information was not disclosed on the website at the time of purchase.As 2G networks are no longer available in Australia, the watch cannot be used for its intended purpose. I subsequently requested a refund under the company's advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, but my requests regarding a refund have not been addressed.I wasted 70AUD and no reviews can be dropped on company's website.
