Smooth and easy purchase

I liked the design of the jacket I purchased, but checkout could have been easier. The 'pay now' option wasn't active and I had to refresh the site and enter my delivery details again before the payment worked.

Website very easy to use. I would of liked to see better sizing instead of s,m l, using 6,8 10 etc and what the fabric actually is

Ordered leather size 9 walking shoes with 48 hour delivery. Arrived 2 weeks later. Size 8 plastic. Contacted customer service immediately- 4 weeks later they’re still giving me the run around and claiming I am not entitled to a refund. Used chargeback to obtain refund through my credit card- interestingly they ask you not to do this on their returns policy so it must be a common issue. Check how many of the positive reviews haven’t yet received their goods.
