Extremaly easy to order, high range of products

My friend Ordered a fit bit watch on my recommendation, the watch arrived in poor condition, no instructions and completely wrong colour, and a battered box, we are now being ignored, very disappointed very upset for my friend

The website was very easy to use and contained all the information I needed.

The checkout process could be improved!

Don't buy from this Chinese company, they refuse refunds even when they send wrong items, keep away they are dodgy. Plus it takes for ever to receive your goods. Also they have taken 3 unauthorised payments by using my Mastercard in the space of 3 months . I have reported this to my bank. Shocking company to deal with.

Products nicely displayed. Prices affordable. Easy to order. Free delivery. Will review again when I receive my lamps.

Optional shipping insurance removed original carted item. Your up-sale attempt for another type of glasses overlapped &confused carted item that I almost made a mistake. Got to point that poor checkout, I was going to order elsewhere. Price was OK, but if product is NOT 5* (hopefully truthful), I'll be returning
