Ellen is a wonderful health coach with a broad background in health and wellness. I highly recommend her to assist on your health journey!

We had a wonderful experience of discovery, healing, and growth for both of my 2 kids and for myself in the process. Ellen was able to see into longstanding allergy issues as well as developmental and/or emotional struggles. Her work spanned both genetically and environmentally engendered disease pathways to help both the kids through acute and chronic illnesses. She gave me guidance for things I could do in support or preventively while she worked to reduce and begin eliminating allergic outbreaks of eczema for my son, Ellen offered us a package of care involving lots of remote work for her as well as numerous hours of phone and text consultation. We are so thankful for the immediate impact and relief, knowledge acquired, and the tools to continue moving forward with better health. We intend to continue periodic treatments as needed.
