Please check your spam folder. The webstore manager emailed you on 3/8. It's likely the service department emails have also landed there as well.

Haven’t got the part yet. Ordered and called a few days later to check on shipping. They told me Monday, nope. So it shipped Tuesday. Don’t order unless you don’t care about the wait. Next time I’ll just go to the store & get it myself. Not worth saving a few bucks to me.

Adam, we are sorry about the wait. We were shut down the day you placed your order as well as the day after due to an ice storm that immobilized our area. This did cause a backlog for the days after in getting the numerous orders out of the door. Tracking does indicate that the item will be delivered today.
