How are y’all supposed to get my package?

They are a good company. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the gun broke within 10 minutes of use.

My package arrived quick and safe, it’s an amazing gun already love it. Only thing is I wish that some bbs and maybe a co2 canister were included.

WEBSITE IS A LITTLE SLOWER THAN MOST AND TAKE A WHILE TO LOAD BUT ITS OK . THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COLOR I WANTED AND NO OTHER SITE HAS IT . OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE. AND ALSO SHIPPING IS KINDA SLOW

One of my son's Christmas present was a H&K USP CO2 airsoft pistol. The clip is stuck closed and will not allow us to unscrew the cap to add a new CO2 cartridge. Instead of going through the warranty process I opted to buy a replacement clip. My order was cancelled as it appears you do not have stock and I cannot find the part anywhere else. Now I'm trying to go through the warranty process, however you rep on the phone had zero empathy and appeared annoyed at my questions to ensure I provided the correct info and followed your procedures. Hopefully the warranty experience is better than the others I have had so far, which have not been pleasant. You are welcome to email me if you want more feedback
