I have been buying from elf now for about 2 years..never had an issue with delivery or products..I accidentally placed an order under my old address.. contacted them and they rectify it to my correct address. No issues from me.

Great service. I was concerned I didn’t receive an email of confirmation. I emailed got a response in 24 hrs as stated. I was worried with the comments when they said it had Been dispatched after 2 days of ordering. I queried it but I got my products 5 days after order in great condition and love the product. Positive I would use them again. Thank you elf cosmetics

I love ELF. They are super affordable, offer great products and their customer service responds quickly and have resolved my issue. They delivered my order in less than a week, didn't take long to ship my order out. They have a lot of sales, a lot of discounts/discount codes, they give you free full-sized gifts with purchase, on top of the already low price. And most of the products I have tried I have re-bought over and over again throughout the years because I can't be without them! One of my brushes arrived broken and they immediately took care of the problem and sent me a replacement at no charge. Their brushes are pretty much the only makeup brushes I buy. I have a couple of other holy grails item from this brand. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about them! They are great! :) (This review is for the main ELF website)

I have been purchasing e.l.f. cosmetics for a couple of months now. Great products and very reasonably priced. They offer all the latest cosmetics and accessories. Love it.

Delivery was a week after ordering but still faster then they predicted originally. Bought the full coverage foundation and pore less putty with a few other products. So impressed the coverage is brilliant very light on the skin not cakey at all amazing products will definitely be a regular in my makeup bag can't get over how great it looks and feels. The colour match on there website is spot on never got a foundation to match my skin tone as well as this one.

Love the products! I ordered 15th of January which was Friday and I get my products 25th of January so very happy with quite quick delivery. :)

What more is there to say really... Love Love Love Elf Cosmetics they have a great selection from makeup to skin care to hair care ECT.. Always a customer, never been dissatisfied so far..

The products here are amazing and even though i ordered in a particularly busy period, the products were still sent in good time. Would definitely recommend elf!
