Eleven Marketing Co is an organic digital marketing strategy firm for growth-oriented service business owners. It's built for owners who are tired of agencies that talk big and disappear after the kickoff call. We specialize in organic marketing systems that every service business owner should have in place before scaling to paid advertising. The firm specializes in five things: website development, CRM implementation and nurture strategy, local and national SEO, copywriting, and email marketing. All five work together as one system, built to turn traffic into booked business and repeat revenue. Most owners get stuck on the same gap: no follow-up, no nurture, no system connecting the pieces. Eleven Marketing Co fixes that. The strategy behind every project comes from Marcus Sheridan's core principle: transparency equals trust. If a prospect is asking the question, the answer goes on the website. It goes in the emails. It goes in the sales process. Nothing gets buried. Nothing gets softened. There's no jargon in this shop. No vague promises. No handing over a 40-page deck and walking away. Just clear strategy, built and run until it produces results. We work with service business owners across the United States. Industries served: home services, contractors, plumbers, electricians, pest control, pool maintenance, concrete, plaster, drywall, painting, pressure-washing, holiday lighting, water treatment & more. We also specialize in accounting firms, bookkeeping practices and CPA firms.Clear over clever wins every time.

Katie was awesome! Immediately felt comfortable with her, and the interaction wasn’t stiff or rehearsed. I’m looking forward to working with her more in the future as she has been gracious to allow me to move in baby steps! Highly recommend!

Katie and her assistant did an incredible job with everything. They made each step easy even the stuff I didn’t want to do. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for assistance in this area of building their business.

I've always been a do-it-myselfer but never had luck getting traction from own website builds. I'm so glad I trusted Katie with my website because literally one week after the website going live, my business was already at the top of my local search terms! Katie is awesome and I recommend you trust her with your website.

Katie with Eleven Marketing Co. was excellent. Not only did she build me a functioning SEO optimized website from scratch but she also took the time to show me exactly how and why the site looks and functions like it does. She also gave a ton of guidance on optimizing the site, my Google business profile, and analyzing the traffic to make improvements moving forward. I will definitely be recommending Eleven Marketing Co to anyone looking to get a new site up and running.

My experience was great from start to finish with Katie @ Eleven Marketing Company. At the end of the process we decided to have her manage our website and educate us on marketing our company further.

Katie at Eleven Marketing Co. represented the company with professionalism & personal care. In a manner very seldom seen these days. The work required was performed to a higher standard than requested. I am very happy to have had the chance to work with Katie on this project.

Katie built my website a couple months ago. I’ve been in business since 2018 and never had a website, always just subbed for GCs, but that work dried up in January. She made our website a couple months later and we’ve already closed $75k worth of new jobs for it, have another $56k out in estimates. I am EXTREMELY grateful. Thank you Katie!!!!

Thank you so much!!! I am SO HAPPY for you that the website is bringing you new, consistent business. I remember how doubtful you were when we first talked & I was just waiting for the SEO to do it's job and get your work seen & get you more leads. Now that we've started the map pack on top of this...I can't wait to see where you're at 6 months from now. Let's go!
