Hi, this is the owner of Team Elevation Real Estate. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We take feedback like this seriously, and it's disappointing to hear that you felt misled or that we didn't follow through on expectations. Our goal has always been to provide homeowners with honest, transparent options when selling their properties. We understand that selling a home is a major decision, and we never want anyone to feel that their time was wasted. Like most real estate transactions, our agreements include a due diligence period that allows us to fully evaluate the property's condition, current market conditions, and other factors that may impact the transaction. We never guarantee a final purchase price until we've completed our due diligence. Unfortunately, unexpected property conditions or changes in the real estate market can sometimes affect what we're able to offer. When these situations arise, our priority is to communicate openly, provide honest feedback as quickly as possible, and work toward a solution that makes sense for everyone involved. We would much rather have a difficult but honest conversation than make promises we cannot keep. That being said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a transaction doesn't go as originally anticipated. We're always working to improve our communication, set clear expectations from the beginning, and provide a better experience for every homeowner we work with. I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally and address any concerns. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We remain committed to doing business with integrity, treating people fairly, and continuously improving. Owner | Team Elevation Real Estate

Hi Roger, this is the owner of Team Elevation Real Estate. First, I want to personally apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced. I appreciate the conversations we've had, and I understand why you feel the way you do, especially when the transaction didn't work out as originally anticipated. I also want to provide some context for anyone reading this review. Like most real estate transactions, our purchase agreements include a due diligence period. During this time, we evaluate the property's condition, current market conditions, and the financial feasibility of moving forward. Unfortunately, there are situations where new information or market feedback affects our ability to proceed at the originally discussed price. Our intention is never to mislead homeowners or waste anyone's time. We aim to be transparent about our process and communicate any challenges as soon as they become apparent. We also work with investment partners and other professionals as part of evaluating certain transactions, which is something we want homeowners to clearly understand. Roger, I recognize that you were expecting the original price to remain unchanged, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to hear otherwise after signing an agreement. Regardless of the circumstances, we should always strive to make expectations and the due diligence process as clear as possible from the very beginning. I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to speak with me directly about your concerns. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we can improve, and I take that responsibility seriously. Our goal at Team Elevation is to provide homeowners with honest options, treat people with respect, and find solutions that benefit everyone involved. I'm sorry we weren't able to make this transaction work, and I sincerely wish you the best moving forward. Owner Team Elevation Real Estate
