I would love to come back to Elevate Styles for future purchases the site shows a good variety of selections. Unfortunately, I don' t feel comfortable doing that. I placed my order, all items in my cart were confirmed and I got a confirmation#. Then I get an email saying one of the items was out of stock 2 days later and there was some kind of contact screen asking for my email address. I called the customer phone support# and got a recording during business hours. So I replied back to one of the emails. They were very quick to provide me a refund for the out of stock item but the price I paid and what they refunded me for was not the same. There refunded me a lower price. I don't know anyone else but what I paid is what should be returned. So, with that said, I'll take my business elsewhere. But I wish them all the best.

The wig was very disconnected not blended what so ever, looks like a shelf or bad extensions. The color is not what is pictured and not blended just chunky streaks randomly.

paid 53 usd to get it to Australia sooner, lo and behold its 23 july, something I paid for 14 july, I still have not received it. thanks, I will be sticking with samsbeauty ,when I paid 53usd, I had my package in Australia within 3 days. bye! will not buy anything from you again.TA
