I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get mine in time to wear to an event I was attending, as it was delayed a day for some reason. However, the product and service overall were great! I am in love with this wig and color. I’m normally a short wig or bob wearer. I’ve never been into length, but after trying this beautiful wig out, I’m hooked! The wig is not shiny or plastic feeling. It has body and bounce. Low maintenance! get this wig, you won’t be mad!🥰
