Phenomenal platform, unparalleled!

I interned at Citi in IBD last summer and the elevate training was super helpful and even more comprehensive than our firm training. Currently a full time analyst going through firm training, and I still come back to the modules to supplement my learning. Super helpful to anyone starting in IBD. Kaushik and the team are great too and genuinely care about your success and progress. Highly recommend.

I learned about Elevate through one of their partner student organizations at UChicago. I've been following ever since I first started to recruit for finance internships. The platform has helped me jumpstart my career in investment banking, specifically at J.P. Morgan. Through the programming and courses, I learned the key details that've since helped me develop an edge as a candidate, an intern, and now an analyst. More importantly, Kaushik and team’s impressive network brings together top junior and senior talent.

The Elevate platform is fantastic for so many reasons beyond its specialized training resources, but it is worth highlighting the thoughtfulness and care that went into each training program to make the modules as useful to students and young professionals as possible (I am a current investment banking analyst and a former student investment club leader at Harvard). While finance generally remains a field that follows the apprenticeship model and often requires one to learn mostly on the job, the Elevate instructors do a tremendous job of tailoring the instructional content to be a) comprehensive in its coverage of the fundamental topics for the industry; b) thoroughly detailed; and c) inclusive of more advanced topics. Overall, Elevate’s courses are remarkably well constructed and exceed expectations in their survey of both the core and advanced topics necessary for young professionals to understand.

I want to thank you for putting together the training session at Yale earlier this year. I am happy to let you know I secured a Private Equity internship at a leading consumer PE firm based in Greenwich, CT. Thanks for your direct advice to me on playing to my peculiar strengths and experiences, and networking as much as possible in order to have a foot in the door! I was the President of Lion Fund LLC (Columbia’s oldest student-run investment fund). Partnering with Elevate has opened many doors for my campus club; we've been able to meet similar-minded students across many top schools who are also interested in investing through Elevate's flagship FINNECT program. Furthermore, Elevate's training modules have provided us with a comprehensive, all-encompassing view of the skills to required to succeed in IB and PE. Another aspect of the platform that many of our members have enjoyed is the biweekly / monthly events held by Elevate with accomplished professionals. The events provide our members with the opportunity to get advice and access to professionals with similar backgrounds to themselves and allows them to deepen their interest in certain niches (e.g. many of our members enjoyed the Indian Investing conference held in April). Overall, we're thankful this resource exists and hope to continue to strengthen our partnership with the Elevate network.
