My first order using this company I was very skeptical and was extremely surprised and impressed with the product and service .I was able to text Fiona with questions and responded within seconds. I did receive the Hermes bag in the Hermes storage box and dust cover ..excellent deal quality product I was so impressed I further ordered many other items for myself wife for our anniversary and her birthday so trust this company and also important to know they also accept Affirm payment made purchases easier . I want to say thank you to Fiona for all her help with my purchases . I highly recommend this site and their items are mirror images .

I have ordered multiple handbags and shoes from Elegous and have been really happy with my purchases. I was reluctant to order from this site as it almost feels too good to be true lol. Im glad I did!!!!! Quality items, well made and reasonably priced. Customer Service was very quick to respond to emails and very helpful as well!!
