Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! The bracelets were beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I ordered three for my best friend and her 2 grandchildren that had just lost their mother. They loved the bracelets. Her grandson who is 23 cried when he opened it and could see the picture of his mother. I will definitely order more in the future.
