Hey Tim, Our team worked with you on the chargeback, and we also disagreed with the bank's decision. Joe Petretee, one of the senior sales Executives spent hours with you fighting the bank's decision on the chargeback, if ETI could have made the ruling on the Chargeback we would have ruled in your favor, unfortunately, that is not how chargebacks work. We apologize about your experience with the EPX Escalation Team with North American Bancard. ETI did reimburse $250 to cover the chargeback Fees and all profit made from the sales in an effort to do what was right. We feel our customer service is number 1 in the industry as no other processor would reimburse chargeback fees or spend hours fighting on your behalf. We hope you reconsider the 1-star review under our Trust Pilot account. Would you consider the review going directly to North/EPX and/or Signature Payments instead?
