-Ordered on Sun. No updated for three days. -Received email asserting item shipped -Sent email following day requesting shippers tracking number. -Received email with shippers tracking number - shipper asserts item not received for shipping -Next day checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item". Sent email asking if item was shipped, as the order shows "shipped" by Electronicforce.com. -Received email asserting something else, but not the shipping question -Next day, checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item", sent email asking if the item was shipped as the order shows "shipped" by Electronicforce.com. - Received email asserting item shipped two days prior. Further claiming that funds would not be charged UNTIL I had received product (not shipped). -2 days later, checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item", sent email notification of discrepancy between shipper and electronicsforce. -Received email asserting that they would file "a claim" with the shipper next day. Haven't heard of a shipper claiming that an item had not been received when it actually had. After reviewing many other reviews, it appears that "Trustpilot" and others are covering for this company.

It took them almost a week to figure out that the smartphone I ordered and paid for was out of stock. Tuesday: the order is confirmed. Friday: I emailed and asked whet to expect the order, they replied that it would be shipped on Monday. Monday: the customer support rep said that the order was cancelled, although I saw the status "pending" in my account.

Buyer Beware!! This was a bad experience. The phone I purchased was a Verizon phone but it didn't work with Verizon. I had called Verizon before I bought it and they said it would but it had the IMEI number. I was told they had a 15% restocking fee so I ask for a return authorizaton number. I got the number but they never got back to me with the shipping information. It was very difficult connecting with ElectronicsForce and each time I called they said I just have to wait. Weeks later I finally got to someone and they sent me the information. The sent me a refund less approximatly 44% of the purchase price. This place felt like a scam and I would never purchase anything again from them. Buyer beware. .

I can understand the alternative shipment policy to protect the seller. However I do have reservations on how it is implemented: 1. My order should have been rejected as soon as I submitted. 2. The issue should have been raised in my follow up phone call. 3. The order should never have the "Shipped" status. 4. After the order has been cancelled four days after being shipped, at least the cancellation notice should be sent. For these reasons, I am giving one star rating.

Horrible refund policy

I was waiting over a week for my phone when i realized the order was cancelled because it was out of stock...

I ordered a phone from this company on 12/6, received no communication on anything. When I called for tracking number, they made me call back in 20 mins so they could get the tracking number. When I called back the gentleman said I would receive it by Christmas and provided me the wrong tracking number. When I called again, they said I wouldn't receive it until 12/29-1/3. They then shipped it using the wrong zip code so it was returned to them. The gentleman said he would expedite the shipping at no additional cost and I would have it on 1/2. When I still did not receive it, I called again and the gentleman said it was going to be shipped out and I would have it Monday. When I got upset, he then advised we would just cancel the order and he would refund me my money back plus $20 for my time. Now I have to start all over. I appreciate the extra $20, but would absolutely not do business with this company again.

Worst experience ever and seems like scam Products are not authentic, Delivered the product after a month though selected 2 days shipping and paid for it. Charged me 30% on returns. Called Customer care for reason they are rude and didn’t answer any of questions and hang up. I would not recommend at all .
