Customer service, and tracking are great. Tracked luggage movement from my home outside philadelphia to the address I stayed in Puerto Rico

They replaced my Chinese tracker with a good one from the USA . At no cost me. Then help me install and get it up online my car and my phone and I love it customer service is excellent a recommend them to anyone that wants a tracker or any other device like that

So I started the installation process and and forgot about it because I got side tracked and the company called me to follow up and ask what was going on to troubleshoot and help me finish getting the product set up and online. Would recommend. Hope no one steals my bike but if they do I will be prepared. Thanks
