Return policy is awful.

Sell used/returned electrical items and ignore emails and disputes. Purchase with a good credit card or PayPal if anything so you can file a claim once you realize yourself this is their usual practice

Return policy is 25% charge. Thats a little excessive for an un opened item.

No communication from the company regarding ETA’s or shipping. Try to call and send emails but no response from the company. I was ready to cancel the order, I probably will never order from this company again

Company never responded to the several voice messages and emails. Ordered and it took a month to receive the product. In fact was going to dispute the charges the day it showed up. I will never buy from this company again and will NOT recommend anyone purchasing a thing from them. Slow shipping and absolutely no communication.

We were going to use your company to redo our home. But after seeing a crew with your truck leave a cart loose in a lot filled with trash we decided we cannot trust your work.

Don't try buying from this company. I placed an order and was willing to pay for shipping, thought I would support a smaller business. Apart from an order confirmation I got no communication from the company even when I called and emailed multiple times. My only recourse was to wait for the pending charge authorization to expire 30 days after my initial purchase. I've sent them an e-mail and left a voicemail saying that they need to cancel my order. I told them outright that I would not be providing another source of payment so they had better cancel the order and not send me anything.

Tracking was terrible ship times were terrible coordination and information flow was s-l-o-w for an item, important to us, that we called ahead about and were told it was in stock it took weeks for the alumicons to arrive then the count of the items ordered was short If you don’t care about ship times, coordination or customer service you might be ok ordering here.
