SEO Farming w/ Products they don't have
They leave items in to flag for SEO, but then have a disclaimer that they don't actually sell that item anymore. Pretty scummy.

Substitute product is not the same as…
Substitute product is not the same as the original. I had to hire an electrician to change a light bulb because he had to rebuild the brackets to make it work in the can.

Delivery took long time, customer service responsive
Item took a while to get delivered, I think 4 weeks if I recall correctly. Though customer service was very responsive to my questions about delivery and about the product once it was delivered.
