I purchased a phone from this company on April 29, however the order was never shipped. I canceled the order on May 6. Klarna has still received the verification that the order was canceled. This may be a scam company!

I ordered a phone and they said they shipped it. I got the shipping tracking number and after 5 days I wrote them and said I didn't see it moving and they said they'd check with the Post Office the whole time they never even shipped it, and I told them I'm about to cancel it because it doesn't even show shipped. I really just wanted them to fix the problem.Instead they just canceled it without my permission, Didn't even give me an explanation , nothing. I really just wanted my phone. terrible experience

Purchased a phone and got an email 4 days later saying out of stock. Requested a refund and got ghosted right after that. They made a fake refund receipt and never received a refund. Do not buy from this place. My order number was #EcANydxU. Paid money for items that I never received. This whole thing is giving scam.
