Easy to use website. Product as described.

I'm a new customer for ElecDirect.com, but they've done a really fabulous job taking care of our needs since I started dealing with them.

I buy the heat shrink terminals, tape, wire, terminals and weather pack connectors. Its good quality and I haven't had any issue so far. Been ordering for 3.5 yrs now. I haven't had any trouble with ordering or shipping.

Great quality merchandise. It is easy to select what you need through the web site user interface. Shipping is always prompt.

Best $25 I spent! Thanks ELECDIRECT.COM - Quick and Easy to order! Shipped quickly!
