I needed a small amount of a very high-temp wire to rewire an electric kiln... they were very accommodating and made special arrangements to get my wire to me as fast as possible... It was a difficult wire to find and not very many places even carried it. And the one that did would only sell it in bulk.

I've been purchasing from Elec Direct for several years now. They have high quality products at a fair price and deliver promptly. They follow through on back-orders and customer service is very helpful for returns and questions.
