Joe from customer support was extremely helpful today. When I first started installing, the product key seemed to be accepted without actually downloading the software. Joe helped me out and stayed on through installation. Nice experience.

AFTER NO LUCK AND VERY UPSET, I REACHED OUT TO YOUR 'CHAT" ICON, AND STARTING CHATTING WITH "ANNA", AND I SOON REALIZE SHE WAS MY "ANGEL", ANNA HELPED ME DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE, ANNA KNEW HER "STUFF", I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE UP AND ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I HAD LOST MY MONEY ON PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, BUT "ANNA" SAVE THE DAY, I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE YOUR SOFTWARE AGAIN AND I WILL SURE REFER MY FRIENDS...GAIL

I was unable to personally install my new 2019 Microsoft Office, But Joe made the process very easy. I was nervous with the thought of giving virtual access to some one I do not ; But Joe's professionalism was very reassuring and I decided to let him do the work. I had the peace of mind that my install was done right ( as opposed to me trying to figure out how to complete the process, not forgetting possibility of mistakes). Joe did a great work and I am very happy and satisfied with his assistance and professionalism, which is why I am giving him five stars. I could give six stars, if I had that option.
