I paid for car with the expectation of professionalism and support. Instead, I experienced the following: 1. Refusal of Rightful Refund: My request for a full refund was denied, citing vague and unclear “Exit 3” terms. No proper justification or transparency was provided. 2. False Authorization Claim: They falsely claimed that I was “not authorised to drive a car,” which caused significant [stress/delay/inconvenience – specify if desired]. 3. Misleading 24/7 Support: Although they advertise “24/7 service,” their phone line went completely unanswered when I urgently needed assistance. This is a clear case of false advertising. Overall: This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They took my money, failed to deliver what was promised, made harmful and untrue statements, refused to issue a proper refund, and provided no support when it was most needed. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.
